Dr Jacques graduated from New Zealand’s oldest university, the University of Otago, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Following graduation, he spent three years working alongside the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery team at one of the country’s busiest hospitals, managing complex cases involving facial trauma, infections, and pathology. It was here that he developed a strong passion for oral surgery and refined his clinical skills under the guidance of some of New Zealand’s most respected surgeons.
After moving across the Tasman, Jacques initially practised in the sunny Whitsundays before settling in Sydney. He has since undergone further training in Implantology and is a proud Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS).
Dr Jacques takes a collaborative approach to dentistry, working closely with patients to create comprehensive, personalised treatment plans. His calm and friendly manner helps even the most nervous patients feel at ease. He currently consults at our CBD, Bowral, and Mango Hill clinics.
Outside of dentistry, Jacques enjoys exploring the outdoors, whether it’s hiking through the bush or training for his next triathlon
