Dr Phil Kenny

Dr Phil Kenny brings a unique blend of clinical precision and patient understanding to the Sydney Implant Institute. Originally from the United Kingdom, Phil first completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Durham before pursuing a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Cardiff University, Wales. His early background in psychology continues to inform his calm, empathetic approach to patient care.

Before relocating to Australia, Phil spent five years practising in central London, working between Bond Street and Bank, where he gained extensive experience in aesthetic and restorative dentistry. Over this time, he developed a strong interest in dental implants and full-mouth rehabilitation, focusing on restoring function and natural aesthetics through comprehensive treatment planning.

Phil has completed postgraduate training including a Graduate Diploma in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry and a Master’s degree in Dental Implantology from Salford University, graduating with Merit. His ongoing commitment to continuing education ensures he remains at the forefront of modern implant techniques and evidence-based dentistry. Outside of dentistry, Phil enjoys running, cycling, and snowboarding, and, being originally from Manchester, he has a lifelong passion for football and music.
